The marble gene in betta fish is like a surprise party for their colors and patterns! One day they might be sporting a dazzling outfit, and the next, they could be rocking a whole new look—sometimes overnight or even during shipping! Just think of it as your fish's way of keeping things exciting. So, don’t worry; it’s not your fault or ours—your betta is just living its best life and showing off its fabulous style!

At our fishy little operation, we take shipping your bettas very seriously—like a fish takes to water! We use UPS overnight because they’re the best at getting your finned friends to you safely. Each box gets a custom cooler, because who doesn’t love a little luxury? In winter, we throw in heat packs to keep them toasty, and in summer, we add cool packs—because even tropical fish have a heat limit! We ship every two weeks, but we're on a mission to make it weekly, like a fishy express service. Just a heads up, if the weather’s looking fishy, we'll hold off on shipping to keep your bettas comfy and happy on their journey to their forever home!

We love our fish and want you to love them, too! But in unlikely event that your finned friend arrives D O A, we’ve got your back. We’ll replace it out for a similar fish of our choice or give you a partial refund (shipping costs not included, because, well, fish don’t pay for their own rides!). Just snap a clear pic of the fish still in its original, unopened bag within 1 hour of delivery—after that, it’s a no-go for replacements or refunds. So, these instructions are very important to follow!

At our store, we believe in keeping our customers in the loop—no surprises here! Just a heads up: we don’t accept returns for our finned friends. So, make sure you’re ready to welcome a new fishy roommate before you hit that order button! Thanks for swimming by and understanding!
